Words with capital letters have meanings defined below. The definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Affiliate – any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a Party.
  • Country: Poland
  • Project / Company (“SceneFlow”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to the SceneFlow creative video project and its operators.
  • Device – any device capable of accessing the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
  • Service – the Website and all digital functions related to SceneFlow, including application forms, communication, participation coordination, and informational content.
  • Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) – the agreement governing Your use of the Service.
  • Third-Party Social Service – external services (TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) that may be linked or integrated with SceneFlow.
  • Website refers to SceneFlow, accessible at https://scene-flow.online
  • You – the individual accessing or using the Service, submitting an application, or participating in recordings as part of the SceneFlow project.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and that You agree to these Terms.
If You do not agree with any part of the Terms, You may not use the Service.

Use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how We collect, use, and store Your data.

Nature of the Project

SceneFlow is a creative video project focused on producing short videos, scenes, travel-style clips, and simple acting content. Participation is voluntary and non-employment based.
SceneFlow does not offer employment, paid work, housing, or commercial services.
All participation is informal, creative, and at Your discretion.

SceneFlow does not provide physical services; the project is solely a creative collaboration space for video content production.

No Payment Obligations

SceneFlow does not require payment from participants for access to the project.
You do not form an employment relationship with SceneFlow by participating in videos.

Any expenses or services outside the project (e.g., travel, accommodation) are Your own responsibility unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that SceneFlow does not control.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You should review their terms separately.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior
  • You misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt the project

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SceneFlow is not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages
  • loss of data, opportunities, or revenue
  • personal injury or issues arising during voluntarily arranged meetings or recordings

Total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount You have paid to SceneFlow (if any), whichever is lower.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Website will function uninterrupted, be error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices.

Your use of the Service is at Your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Polish courts unless consumer protection laws of Your country grant You additional rights.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Translation

If this document is translated, the English version will prevail in case of inconsistencies.
